Refund policy

If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time. All item(s) must have all original tags and must be in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.

Items meeting the above criteria can be exchanged or issued a refund. All sales are final for international shipments.
