    • A.) All products that are available to order, prices, details & sizing details are available on the website. We try our best to give accurate sizing details to help you make an informed decision on what's best for you.
  • Q.) How do I receive restock notifications? 
    • A.) If you would like to be notified the minute a style is restocked you may sign up for a restock notification by clicking on 'Email when available" link on that product page.
  • Q.) How do I get a problem with my order fixed? 
    • A.) Should there be a problem with your order in regards to damage or receiving the wrong item, please email us within 4 days of receipt at birchfamilyllc@gmail.com and we will get back with you with a Pre-Paid Return Label and get you taken care of right away.
